Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. A flat shipping fee of $25 will be applied to all orders under $100. Almost all items will ship via freight. We also offer lift gate options on most products. We ship to the lower 48 states, and there is a surcharge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@elitesportingsupplies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers should also provide any photographic evidence of product damages when contacting us.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Receiving Freight Shipments
When receiving freight shipments, customers may need various equipment to unload the product from the freight vehicle, depending on the size and weight of the product ordered. This can range from hand unloading with manpower to using a dock or forklift. It is the customer's responsibility to be present when the freight shipment arrives to prevent delivery delays and additional charges.
Damage Notification
It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any damage within the time of delivery. If the product is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery or refrain from signing the freight package and contact support as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours. Customers must provide photographic proof of any damages to facilitate the return or exchange process.
Restocking Fee
Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of items that have been used or opened. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and restocking these items.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees.
