Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order with Elite Sporting Supplies, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will begin processing your order immediately. Our handling time is 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, with a cutoff time of 3 p.m. MST. Transit times typically range from 2-5 business days, with deliveries occurring from Monday to Saturday.

Order Shipment:

You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you don't receive tracking information within six business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@elitesportingsupplies.com or call us at (833) 359-9703.

For custom orders or products with longer lead times, we will contact you directly to provide updates and ensure you have all the information you need.

Shipping Options:

We currently ship only within the USA.

  • Curb-side Pickup: This is our standard shipping option, often provided for free. Deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 days after your order is processed.

  • Threshold Shipping: This option includes delivery to your porch or a sheltered area, such as a garage.

  • Lift Gate Service: For heavy or bulky items, we offer a lift gate service to facilitate unloading at your delivery location.

Freight Delivery:

All freight deliveries require the customer to be present at the delivery location during the assigned time and to sign for their orders. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the items for any damages upon arrival. Any damages must be reported with photos within 24 hours to submit claims. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee may be applied.
