Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. A flat shipping fee of $25 applies to orders under $100. Most items will ship via freight, and we offer lift gate options on most products. We ship to the lower 48 states, with an additional surcharge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
30-Day Return Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, no questions asked.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@elitesportingsupplies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide any photographic evidence of product damages when contacting us.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Receiving Freight Shipments
When receiving freight shipments, customers may need equipment to unload the product, depending on its size and weight. This can range from hand unloading with manpower to using a dock or forklift. It is the customer's responsibility to be present when the freight shipment arrives to prevent delivery delays and additional charges.
Damage Notification
It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any damage upon delivery. If the product is damaged, please refuse the delivery or refrain from signing the freight package, and contact support within 24 hours. Customers must provide photographic proof of damages to facilitate the return or exchange process.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns of items that have been used or opened. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking these items.
First Team Warranty
All First Team products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery. Additional warranties may apply as stated in the product literature:
- Limited Warranty: Covers damage from normal basketball activity and player contact. Deliberate hanging on the rim, multiple player hanging, and vandalism are not covered.
- Superior Warranty: Covers any damage or failure from basketball activity, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism is not covered.
- Unconditional Warranty: Covers damage or failure for any reason, exempting the above limitations.
Normal wear and tear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered under any warranty. Painted items carry a one-year limited warranty on coating. Products with a residential-only warranty, indicated by an "R" symbol, are valid only for single-family dwellings.
First Team products used in entertainment facilities carry no warranty, except for obvious manufacturing defects, unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
